im sorry for all of you out there like them but i ordered my exhaust a little over a month ago, i recieved one , wrong one had to send it back, and i still havent recieved the right one yet. i called them about 5 times and the last 3 times i ahve gotten differetn dates on when it was shipped out and when it will be here. i have missed two races so far bc of them. all i know is i will never buy there exhaust again.

Yeah, I had my problems with Big Gun too. I was one of about 6 people that sent their 5 month old Cannondale slip-ons back to them....well after 3 months of waiting for them to "inspect them"...I got a HMF. Love the pipe, and it's a heck of a company.

On the 400's, you can't go wrong with the Hetrick Racing pipe. Great fit and finish, and holeshot winner everytime.

i had nooo problems with their service or customer service. they helped me out alot. i was going to ge the hmf full system but i got the big gun and like it alot.

I will vouch that biggun blows... While I did not have any problems getting mine, they would not stand behind the chitty subpar coating on their headpipe. Within a matter of months it began to flake off & then rust. I called them & they pretty much said TUFF LUCK!!! I would never buy from them again, although the slip on seems to be ok.

im voting Pro Circuit as one of the best companies to deal with !! I have thier pipes on my Banshee and on my 250R i originally had a problem with my pipes on my shee they were starting to rust after about 3 months of them being on there !! i called PC and they said pull them off and ship them to us !! i shipped them to them and they sent me a new set when they shipped my new set they accidently only shipped my silencers i gave them a call and bam they saturday delievered my head pipes with a TON OF STICKERS 4 hats and 3 t-shirts !! they were great to deal with !! my PC pipes on the shee are rusting now but they have been on there for 2 years so im not complaining one bit !!
