which oil is the best to run in the 300ex

what does everyone run in there 300ex's,iam a 2 stroke rider and have switched to a 300 for the winter,and i usually stick with maxima or honda hp2 oil,,and what wieght should i run in the winter..:p

I run pennsyole in mine use SAE40 weight. sorry about spelling.

use sae40 weight in it all the time no matter what. My engine builder also said that synthtic oils are no good they don't help for 4-stokes.

That's why your engine builder is in jail,,,:D
