Being it didn't do it till after you replaced the cam(correct me if I am wrong) it sounds to me like it is out of time.

I Rechecked the cam Timing as I also thought it might be the cause but all is Perfect there. Could there be fault with the balancer?By the way Does anyone Have the Email adress for Hotcams I lost my Spec Card and would like a new one in case i sell it for the next owner?

The flywheel is very close to neutrally balanced. It would be exceptionally hard to put it on in a way that it would cause a vibration - unless someone dropped it when it was off?

I'm not sure if the T4 has the same mounting setup as the E-Series, I.E. replacing the factory rubber muffler mounts with solid aluminum pieces, if it does, that would cause an increase in vibration.

Try reinstalling the factory silencer and see if that helps any.

Just a thought..........Good Luck!

I tried the Rubber mounts But it Shot them Out on the race Yesterday,160km the Rubber Were no longer also the gasket on the muffler is gone and the pipe worn and leaking ,it made the vibration a bit better but not much, also the Flywheel was never of so nobody could have dropped it,Anything else PLEASE, After yesterday I'm Quite Desperate

Get a new steering stem with anti vibe mounts, and a steering stabalizer might help a little too
