somthing i rigged up

after ridding alot o started to see my foot begs bend down afeter a while... this weekend me and a friend got some threaded rod and drilled a hole in a part of my nerf bar and stuck part of the rod on there, then i had a spot on my frame that i didnt have to cut or weld too so then i stuck the other end of the rod in there and tigthend both sides with some nuts.. to get the nerfs to rase up or down when you tighten the nut on the nerf bar it will go up..

then we got a little piece of metal and welded it from the foot peg down to the nerf bar... it all actualy works pretty well

Is your footpeg aluminum? How did you weld the footpeg and nerf bar together?

the foot peg is made of the same metal just like the nerf bars... and calling it a red neck mod is just your opinion and not only does it help keep everything strait it will also save you leg from going off the back of the foot peg... I made it cuz i was bored and was getting tired of my pegs bending down even after i had the bolts tightend

Theres good mods and bad mods. I try to be honest. I don't recall a rule saying "you must always compliment everything you see". Even the person who made this topic said its "rigged up".

Good idea, But maybe you should develop it so it doesnt look as ugly. Maybe some tubing to go from the nerf to whereever. I dunno I wouldnt put it on my quad cause I have heelguards.

how did you get a steel footpeg to weld to aluminum nerfs...unless you ahve the dg steel nerfs
