Just like the title says I need pads and I need all three sets this time around. So I need to know who has the best prices on pads.

I just bought a set of EBC sintered metal from Rockymountain atv for 20 dollars a piece. They have lasted a long time on my quad and have good stopping power.

might wanna try Advance Auto. A buddy of mine works there and now stocks 400ex pads with a 1yr. replacement warranty. Only like $22 or something.

The only pads ive found to hold up more than a couple of rides are the EBC severe duty.Yea you pay more for em but they last much longer.THe sintered pads i have worn out in one weekend of riding.I only use severe duty now,and they will last 2-3 months of riding. They are around $30 but the extra $8 is worth it to me.

Thanks fellas! God I hate the thought of payin $75 for pads on the quad that last only 750 to 1000 miles, when I can get a set of pads for my Acura for $56 and the last nearly 60k:eek:

Be careful of the ones off ebay.. I bought a set, they were suppose to be a sintered pad... well they are more full metal and when you hit the mud or water they aren't worth a Ship.

Trust me, It's not the cost of manufacturing them that is driving the cost:rolleyes:

Thanks, but no. I got some severe duty on the way. In the stuff I ride in, OEM last all of about three rides:blah: Thats no bs either. I'm kinda hard on the binders:confused:

I run solid brass on the rear with EBC hardened rotor. These last the longest. I rarely use the rear brake but the brakes always manage to wear out anyhow.
