I have a 03 300ex my dealer just put on a full pipe,k&n. and rejetted it with air box lid on. They wouldnt do a stage 2 something with warreny voids but anyway Ive been riding it for about 3 weeks and ive decided to take the air box lid off and rejet. Heres my question Im new at this actually this is my first time jetting so bare with me.I called Dynojet and they said all I have to do is change the main jet and thats it. It had a 118 in there , thats what dealer put in so all I did was take the 118 out and put a 128 in thats what the instructions said to do. The mixture screw adjustments are the same in stage 1 and 2. so I didnt mess with it. I ran it a little not to much neighbors will call the cops I couldnt get it wide open not enough room but until I can run it hard it seems to run good and the plug is brown. so does the 128 jet sound right? and is the plug color right? any comments are greatly appreciated:rolleyes: :) :) :)
