I have a 03 300ex with a full pipe.k&nand its been jetted. If I run with the lid off do I have to rejet. Or can I drill some holes to let air in. any advice would be helpful Thanks

try it with some holes. it shouldnt make to much of a difference.
it shouldnt start running funny. if it does try a rejet but i dont think you will need to.:)

I ran with the lid off ran a little funny so I rejetted it had a 118 in it so I put a 128 in it . Didnt get a chance to run it hard yet.
