Hi Gang,

I'm thinking about dropping the stock front plastic along with lights on the 400ex. I like the carbon fibre/250r hood style.

I don't really care for the Trail Tech handle bar type, and I really don't ride at night hardly, but still want lights.

Does someone have some pics of the aftermarket lights mounted elsewhere on the frame? Close-ups if possible. Just need some ideas...

These are just some cheap lights from the autoparts store but they work relly well. I mounted them on the bumper.

I had some cheapo automotive type lights mounted on the bars on my 250r but after 1 day of riding the vibration broke the filament in the bulb. Anybody else have this problem? I suppose mounting it somewhere else would help.
Now I have a set of Ricky Stator Alluminators (same as trail tech or lazer star). If you want a close up pic lemme know.

Here's Casper running a set of 50W automotive type driving lights. Gotta love those street bike stators! I could probably run a microwave off the thing! :D
