350X/300ex swingarm conv...raptor rear shock ?'s

Hey, i think i might mount a 350X swingarm on my 300.
..i know i need spacers at the frame, for ths too work.
some opinions needed....

Do you think the raptor rear shock, with 400ex spring (120/140lbs) will work with this convertion?

'If i decide to go with the 350X rear, do i make any mods to the shock mounting locations. (upper, or lower)?
witch do you think to be the better choise. the Rapt's..shock is newer so....

..will the 300ex carrier work with this swingarm?
'if no, Will my axel (durablue) work in the 350X carrier?

..i heard the 350x's axel is +2 on the 300, this true?
do you think it's better to use mine?

i'm asking if you think i'll have a mitch match P.O.S, or if you think they are good mods for the 300ex.

400ex/300 arms/shocks
350x/300 swingarm
350x/motor/a-boot
400ex/carb
350X motor
raptor rear shock.
Oil cooler
250R hood scoop/aluminum shrouds.
a'lumi' shrouds.

their cheep mods, with stock parts, with performance advantages.
..stock is weaker than aftermarket, true, but i don't ride mx. 3/4' airs max prolly..

Go for the hood. i'm thinking about making my own shrouds and stuff. so i'll let you know. and i think all the conversions just make our quads better and better :macho
