klaw mx???

hey. i need some new front tires for my quad. i am getting some 19" or 20" tires. our jumps are in a sand pit so it is soft dirt and sand but there are also gravel roads and i do some hard pack trail riding. i was thinking of the holeshots but i dont like the fact that they wear out so fast. do you think the kenda klaw mx would be a good choice???

I think they would work awesome for you. I love mine. They slide good, but still get great traction. And the fact that they last longer is just a bonus. I say go for it.

I would also like to know how these rear tires work..............How are they in Sand, Hard PAcked.....The Track?

I think holeshots are the best preforming tire out there. But if you want to trade a little a preformce I would get a a harder tire like the klaw. I hear the new Razors MX are a harder compound as well.

i just bought a set of gbc pro tracs and i'm really impressed with em. they weren't very expensive either! their worth a look.

I love my fronts.
you might wanna go bigger than 20" fronts for sand and trails because i find its harder for the rear tires to push the front through loose pack with smaller tires.

go with the klaws or a pair of razars if you want them to last a long time , i have also been think abotu getting the klaws i have heard a lot of good things about it i would say go for it , when my razar mxs were down its the klaws for me:D

I just got a set of 20x11x10 klaws for my 400. I havent got to ride yet with them on

The 20in front Kenda's are the best tire I"ve ever used on a MX track...:macho

i was wondering if this is a good combo, using the kenda klaw mxs up front and groved tamers in the rear??
i have tamers and need some fronts, so i thought i would go with kenda since they seem to be good tires??

i am trying to debate whether or not to get klaws or raidals..i would like to get radials becasue they basicaly last forever...

ya but radials don't work to well in sand or muddy conditions... and i think the klaws would be the next best thing, since they are 4 ply they won't wear down as quick as holeshots...

also the klaw mx they fit on stock rims right?? (20-6-10)

I have Klaws all the way around.

In my opinion they are the best Mx tire you can buy. Good traction and good wear (so far).

I love the 18x10.5-9 on the rear, because you can use the best rims possible-STOCK, and you don't need beadlocks. (I haven't had any trouble yet)

Best set of tires I have put on any bike I owned. At a 200 foot sand drag leaving in 2nd gear, my bike was pulling a wheelie with no problem. I couldn't do that before with ITP Holeshots MXR's.
