Pappy, Nickel powder coat?

Would you be able to show me what it looks like? Burgard is doing their very best to hook me up and sending me a Nickle stem rather than silver vien so they can get it here in time and I was just woundering what it looks like. Izzy said it is almost like chrome.

I do believe that nickel is like a before of a completed chrome plating. Its Nickel plated, not powder coat, I do know that.:) :D

It is not Powdercoat. It is a plating that looks just like chrome. The only difference is the amount of shine. Most people couldn't tell the difference from GOOD Nickel and Chrome. There is some Nickel coatings that don't look great, but Burgard gets his done in the better grade nickel finish.

I would take the nickel over powdercoat anyday.

I had a a-arm on my 250r nickle coated. It wasnt as good as chrome though. I think I am going to get them tin coated. I ahve seen banshee pipes nickle coated and chrome looks better but it prolly wasnt the best nickle job:ermm:

Cool guys thanks. See what happen is they didn't get the stems done until this morning so when I called ans was a little upset that I wouldn't have my stem by Wednesday like they said they offered up a Nickel stem and upgraded the shipping to get it to me. So it is a done but I was just woundering what it looked like.

That is the great thing I didn't have to order they gave it to me for the price of the silver vein so they could get it to me by wednesday. These guys are great to deal with.

I have a nickel plated sub frame from Burgard and it has more shine and is definately holding up better than a lot of my chrome pieces.

Yeah that is why I asked him. I can't wait to see this thing tomorrow. Burgard will get me as a return costumer for sure.
