also rico i heard tommy talking at adventure sports the other day and he said he was going to add 7 more doubles and three whoop sections and possibly a triple :eek: in the near future

i love step-ups, i just built one at my brothers house, its more like a double step up, like 30 ft gap and its only like a 2-3 ft up:ermm:

Well you'll have to follow me over the jump to get the correct speed down...Once you do it you'll be kickin yourself for not doin it sooner....:(
So I'm guessin Tommy is now open every sunday???

last i checked he was and he is now charging 10 dollars to ride, also there is a new mx practice track called larue county mx its open on wednesdays from 3 to dark and you have to get a membership like 30 bucks and you ride all year after you pay. also do you know the distance on the stepdown my buddy is doin it on his cr125 in low 4th:ermm: im thinking that would be good for me seein as how im on a 100 and all. also does tommy care if quads just show up or do you have to call cause my buddy is wantin to go.

here's one of the step up at the same track but it's kinda hard to see were teh take off and landin are at....:ermm: Pretty scary jump though....:scary:

yeah, step downs are awsome the first time you hit em'. The funnest jumps imo are the ones that shoot you way up in the air or over stuff you don't wanna come up short on.

I'm really kicking myself for not hitting the step up, It looks worse than it is.

I'm thinkin we should all get together May 31st or june 1st for a ride.
Not sure where though. We could have it at the track out here but its not really as friendly for quads as some some of the other tracks I have seen.
Any suggestions?

It looks like you boys had fun on sunday, I'm some pissed i wanted to go so bad but i had no truck to go there that day, i was pissed,
we should get a bunch of us together some time and go for a ride somewhere
freestylexrider-man you should have hit that step up, it is fun as hell to hit, it doesn't look like you can get the speend to hit it but its doable
i can'e talk on icq anymore its all screwed up, i gotta get it fixed

wow, looks good! Someone near me is building a track... I don't know who it is, what they ride or anything... Its werid you can see it just though the forest on my way to school... I will have to drive by there and see who it is and what not! Great pic's, I can't wait to hit my step up!

yall ever go to portland mx track in michigan and than youll see some rice step ups. Just be sure not to hit a step up in to high of a gear because insted of coming up short you just tend to nose down and she dont stop nosin down till she hist the ground,,,,and that is never fun!. Ill try and get some pics of myquad when i fell liek that, set me back 500

Andrew, You will hit that step-up eventually. You know that step-down you were hitting is a lot more dangerous than the step-up.
It was a pretty good day.
Anyways we'll do some more riding soon...later!
That step down was pretty fun, It hurt quite a bit tho, I was bottoming out on pretty much everything there.
I need to get some front shocks.

I'd like to get out too.
Mill hill is a wikid track. I'd say to meet up at the hammonds plains but its not near as good as mill hill.

I'm at Blackrock all the time (not racing though), and if I understand you correctly, you're talking about the big double before the whoops (sharp left, *big double*, right, drop-off, whoops). If that's the one you're talking about, there have been a couple of pros show up for the "quad shoot-out" and they could jump it. Every now and then Jeremiah Jones decides to show up (he hasn't been there yet this year) and he can easily and cleanly jump it if it isn't too muddy. He usually doesn't have to jump it to win, but he usually jumps it a few times anyway. There have also been a handful of other riders to try the jump... sometimes they make it and sometimes they don't:eek2:.

I'm near the border of Butler and Grayson county, roughly 15mi from Blackrock.
Jeremiah doesn't show up too often, usually just once or twice a year, but he's definitely fun to watch; he can show you just how fast a quad can get around an MX track:D

Sweet superman dude, Looks like a fun jump:devil: Iron Valley which is are local track has a small step up but its scary, a lot of people don't quite clear it then there back end catches the lip of the landing and they go over da bars:)

Hey anyone thats been to blackrock this year, any track changes? I see they got a new fence. Im thinking about coming to the state race, i got a flyer in the mail, i think its next weekend? The QUAD classes on the schedule didnt make any sence though...
