This is in the shop getting done as we speak. Some of this stuff was already done, but it's what I'll have when completed.

435 IMS 12.5:1JE, RCR ported, 463/9i WebCam, 34mm. Black Diamond intake valves, 30mm. Black Diamond exhaust valves, Carillo rod, crank bearing and others as needed, shortened valve guides, Kibblewhite high performance valve springs with titanium retainers, hardened rockers, XR250 cdi, FCR 41 carb (alcohol?), stud job, stock clutch disks/plates with CR500 springs, lightened flywheel, DMC full exhaust, +2 250R swingarm and a big o'l wheelie bar.

I'm betting it still won't beat the girlfriend's big bore HPD/RCR alky Sport.

should rip i never heard of a 435 does that have a new sleeve or is it the stock sleeve how much is it bored over???

435 is the actual displacement of what is known as a 440.

I'm hoping to see numbers in the high 40's on the dyno maybe low 50's with alcohol...if lower thats ok too. Anyway you look at it, it's a vast improvement from 24-27 stock ponies depending on which dyno you test from. I'm like a kid in a candy shop that can't wait to taste the goods. I'm reading 48hp from CT piped Raptors. Wouldn't a cammed/ported/valved 680 Raptor be nice?

A 680 Raptor would be sweet. That thing would just haul. You would need a longer swingarm for sure.

FST makes a 726 kit for the raptor. That must fly.

sounbds like a great set up to me...have fun with it.... and i'd love to have a powervalve for my 250r ..... not for some dumb raptor ( just kidding..lol )

you will get atleast 46 to the rear wheels with that, if not more. With alky you will get over 50. I figure I've got like 51 or so with mine..

Are you using it for drag racing or dune riding?

The girlfriend and I mainly do braket sand dragging. We occasionally will throw in some Little Sahara, OK. duning every now and then.
