who makes the fastest 400ex motor/motor kit?
sparks 465 national kit is what i would say...they r like the best of the best...them and lrd

id say the sparks 465 or the TC 505 but you could only ride them in straight lines

what about the four stroke tech 500, or the lrd 460. i knnow duvall uses the 500. anyone hear anything about the 460. did any pros used to run nationals on 400s? if so what did they run.
Sparks 465 was on top in the 4-stroke wars. Curtis Sparks is amazing.

FDO RACING by far makes builds the best motors. i have a 440ex that is 50+hp now thats impressive.

After months of racing there is NO DOUBT the TC 505 cant be beat. You can ask anybody who has been to the races with me and they will tell you the same. I raced at the Memorial Day Sand Drags this weekend and won both the 600cc and 400cc classes. This was with Pro Wedges(dont work well at all for sand drags by the way) and suspension problems!! I beat a Trinity 465 with those tires and even after missing 4th gear on the strip. Took home $500 so it was a good weekend.

Hey ChadEXer,
I was the guy at the sand drags this weekend that was talking to you, the one that bought the paddle tires from Kevin! Man that was an awesome race! I cant believe that many people were there!! That 505 is one bad mofo!!! The Raptors, Predators, V-Force 700, Z-440's Trinity 465's, Thumper 440's werent even coming close. Hehe, I shouldnt even have wasted my money racing but hey it was all in fun! I still think they should have put the full $1000 in the pot like they said they would. Think how much you would have won then!!

how much is it for just the parts my grandfather has a machine shop and hes really good at topends. the 465 or the sparks.

My plans for the winter are going to be to put a lighter frame on it and narrow it up. It is quite wide for a drag bike but it hasnt caused me any problems so far.
02EXrider, man if you would have bought those paddles Kevin was going to let me borrow them for the race! Oh well it turned out anyway! Are you gonna go to the next big drags?? I should have my paddles and my suspension finished up by then.
