Adjust my valves?

I have a 400ex. Should I adjust them? Do I have to? Whats the purpose? How do I?

Well how long have you had it? any loss of power? any noises have you took it apart and checked if they were to tight or to loose? if none of that is a problem then dont worry about it.

if you dont know if you should or not..if you needa..the purpose...or how to...

ask a shop if it needs to be done, the vavles can be outta adjustment and not tick...

there is a tech article on how to adjust them. all you need is feeller gauges and sockets to adjust them and some basic mechanical knowledge
