if i remeber back about about 7-8 months ago someone told me that had something to do with the air going to your motor.
400ex's have them but its a big long one, nay of you 400ex owners know??

oh and do u have a front angle of your 250x i like the way u cut the fenders and am interrested in doing that

The white container is just for more air to get to your engine or carb . The 250x's don't have then i believe.

I think it is some sort of an intake silencer, DS 650's have a similar setup. I don't have one on my 300, it is a 96. I think they began to put them on in 99. I don't really know the purpose.
