I'll be there, it's the only MX race i'm going to run this year. I went and watched last year and wished i would have taken my quad (XC setup and all). I'll be on probably the only Cannondale Blaze there lol. I'm just going to have fun and see how the track is. Good luck!

You will not be able to run 4 stk "C" and Open "C" with the same quad. I just thought I would let you know that. Depending on what you are ridding you could also sign up for production 4 stk or 250 "C"

If you read the rules; 4-stroke C is 91-440cc and open C is 4-stroke 441-unlimited and 251-unlimited 2-stroke. @ years ago you could run both classes with the same 4-stroke, but the rule was changed at the start of last year. Some local tracks will let you run both, but they don't know the rules or they just want your money.

i will be there runnin 250B on a 400ex #333

I don't think anyone that has a hybrid quad should be runing the C class be a man and step it up

Well i don't think anyone who has a modded 4-stroke should be runnin with the little 250 2 strokes. Why don't you STEP IT UP and run the 4 stroke B class?

Roff333

i do run 4 stroke B i am runnin 250 this time fo a change of pace i am not goin for points oviously this isn't ur first year riding r u afraid to move up

Why travel all that way and not qualify. Many are just in it for the fun, and just because you have a hybrid doesn't mean you can ride. I have seen many guys on hybrids not qualify for the "C" class.

i know what u mean chris i just think if u have a hybrid quad u shouldn't be in the C class thats just the way i feel
Hey chris u comin to Broken spokes on Monday??

I have been racing two years but this is only my second national. I normally run B class but at the national i am gonna Run C until i get a few under my belt. Sure i could run Pro w/ my hybrid but that doesn't mean i'll do worth a $hit.

Well rico it was great, my buddies led me to believe that the c class was a piece of cake, and since it was my first race i figured id go ahead and run it. So i went in thinking i might be a sandbagger. Turns out the c class is extremely freakin fast..... I did alright...thru the weekend my grip came off once, chain came off twice, wire came off battery twice, my sparkplug cap came off, and i landed on someone.... I t was pretty fun but like i said before the guys at the nationals haul....ive never ridden so fast in my life. Oh yeah during the actual race on sunday i got a bad start, and fought my way up from 2nd to last to about 6 or 7 th, then i hit and little step up type jump and cased it hard....my quad died and i was checking everything, by the time some guys yelled that it was my sparkplug i was dead last and about 3/4 a lap down,,,, ran as hard as i could, but the leader lapped me right before i crossed the finish for my 3rd lap....(ran 4) so they waved the checkers and i pulled off......i dont think another lap would have got me close enough to make a pass but still.....the guy that one was about a half lap in front of everyone else.....i dont like to be a whiner or anything but i saw alot of sandbagging this weekend....the guys i went up there with did pretty good..... one of them runs pro am and if it wasnt for his ****ty luck he could podium in that class......well thats my race report and sorry if it doesnt make any sence ..i would post pictures but my camera makes them about as big as a whole screen

A sandbagger is someone that is good enough to race, for example, in the A class but runs the B or C class instead because they know they'll have a much better chance of winning in a lower class... :ermm:

Thanks man, i didnt get any good shots of the triple, but in the one where you can see me and the guy jumping you can see the takeoff, hes only doing the double.....they had the triple measured to 100' peak to peak, i think it was a little optimistic but it was still a huge jump
