totalled my quad

I went to ahtfield McCoy today and was riding on the trailds and took trail 32, anyone know it??my quad ended up rolling down a frickin cliff for about 200 yards, it's really bad, i don't know if I cvan save it.probly totalled....I almost cried, i ahve pics but they aren't developed yet. The frame in the back by the grabbar is bent about 4 inches left, rear tire blew off, bent the right rear axel, bent both front tie-rods, bent the right front rim, all the plastics gone, bars gone:(

I hope it isn't as bad as it sounds:( Tie rods are cheap though and I spose if you don't have a aftermarket axle nows the time to get one, did the tire just come off the bead or did it tear or get any holes? Sure the frame can't be bent, gusseted or welded back into shape?

hmm..that sucks...what happened to u? i take it u were ridding it and it went off the cliff, or were u stopped and it rolled down a hill to the cliff and wamo!

Just be happy that you are alive. The quad can be replaced.

What set of trails were you riding???? Coal River, Rockhouse, BearWallow, Buffalo Mountain????

It was hte rockhouse trails, and i don't have insurance......i looked it over today and took all the plastics off, that were still on there and it might be fixable......new frame for sure, so if anyone has one for a 300ex or 250X let me know

take off everything that is still good, and sell it , the motor shouldnt be to hard to get rid of, that does suck, but you could have a pretty tight go cart:D

just keep an eye out on EBay for those things. You should be abl to find all that pretty cheap

As long as your motor is ok you can rebuild it. Look on ebay for the broken parts and take the frame to a welder to see if it can be repaired. If not check ebay for one or service honda. also make a wanted post here for the parts you need. You might check with pappy he seems to have some of everything
