41mm fcr what jets

i have a 416 kit plus cam bought a 41mm fcr need help on jetting:confused:

52 Pilot
Needle 1 down from middle
Sea level or thereabouts

thanks alot carb works fine but if u go from idle to wo it dies:confused:

2 big of a carb for 2 stock of a bike...plus that carb is huge and u dont have the lil screw adjuster thing

That can probably be "adjusted out" with some fine tuning.
Accel. pump, idle mixture and slow air jet all effect the off-idle transition. Here's some good info:

Although the 39 would certainly work better at lower RPM's, I've seen plenty of 41's on "lesser" engines that run very well (and contrary to popular belief didn't bog).
