who makes the best 416 ? what about 440 kits out there on the market? Are 440 kits worth spending all that money b/c since the sleeve is so thin it would make it unstable to ride with, so i've heard** I dont know what to do with my motor i am open to any kind of suggestions any of you have to offer. plz tell me your input and hopefully that can help me make up my mind. :D

I'm getting my 416 rebuilt and Carrillo rod installed at ProFab ATV. I've heard nothing but good things about Scott, and the customer service is second to none. For about $850 including shipping (depending on your location), they'll do a great 416cc rebuild, including a heavy duty timing chain, a stage 1 or 2 HotCam (your choice), heavy duty clutch springs, a valve grind, and new valve seals. All you have to do is install the engine, add oil and break it in when you get it back.
