im probly getting new works shocks for my 250ex and i was thinking about taking off my a arms and painting them. how should i do this. should i sandblast it before i paint it ans what kind of paint should i use what stays and looks the best. and nothing about im wasting my money or anything

tape of the rubber on the ball joint....use chemical stripper and take them to BARE metal. sand them with 400 grit ....wash and dry them. then use a good self etching primer.....then your color coat and clear
