Ok i'm going to be ordering some turf tamers this week, and i was wondering what to get. I am definately getting 18" tires for 8 inch rims, but what width should i get? Also, what pattern should i do for the grooving? and what's the best way to do it?

I have raced with both the 9.5 and the 11'' wide tires and like both of them the 9.5 slide in the corner better on tacky tracks but both have good straight line traction when you groove them.

ok so go with the 9.5 then? Can you quote me a price on a pair? Also, for front tires, i'm looking at the kenda klaw mx's. Think those would be a good choice?

I ran both...I did not care for the 11's so I went back to my 9.5's and it will stay like that.

ok rockymountain doesn't have turf tamers listed on their site anymore other than in a package, so anybody else sell them cheap with fast shipping?

No, My grovved tamers have worn less then my holeshot front with the same amount of ride time. Usually my fronts are about half wore when my rears are shot.
