speed channel..

i was watching some midget sprint car racing tonite on the speed channel,what kinda motors do those car have in them? what speeds do the run?they never said during the race......................the speed channel always shows some kinda racing(nascar 95% of the time:mad: ) ,but never see any mx quad racing !? i don't get it!:confused: i think alot of people that like racing would like quad racing mx or tt!

I think they run 4 cyl motors. I am not completely sure though. I will comfirm with my roomate when he gets back (he used to race full size sprints during high school)

I used to work with a guy whose nephew Tony Sousa was the No. California mini-sprint champ and manager of a mini shop in Red Bluff, CA. We stopped in to see the place and got to look them over. All the machines they were building had CR500 engines in them if I remember correctly.
