416 and 100LL gas

i'm thinking about a JE 11:1 and Hotcams 2 416,,,will it be ok to run a mixture of 100LL av-gas and Premium at a mixture of 1:3 or 50/50?,,, the av-gas is readily available from a local airport, don't know of anywhere close i could get race fuel,,,

in my 416 i use 110 octane cam 2 gas!!! it runs sweet!!!
