Waht is the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts on a 250X? and where can you buy a shop manual for a 250X?

Clymers specs list these 2..

Cylinder Head Allen bolt - 29ft/lbs
Clyinder Head flange cap nut - 29ft/lbs
