Maxxis Rarz 2 vs Holeshot XCR....

I'm looking in to a new set of tires all the way around for my 400ex I'm lookin at the Razr 2s of the Holeshot xcr tires. If you have a set how do you like them and how is the tread wear ?

well i had razr2 fronts and standard razrs on the rear. i got the rear like 11 months ago and they still have some tread on them,but just got the fronts like 3 months ago and you can't tell i have rode on them. i ride a lil road but when i had them i rode moslty on a xc track. i loved the set up. but i have never rode on holeshots so i have no idea how they compare

I used to run the 20x11x9 xcr's on the back, but just switched to razrs. The xcr's are nice but i race xc and they were a little to small. Even though they say 20x11x9 they are noticably shorter and narrower than like a 20x11x9 razr. Sometimes that little more height helps you through a rut or over a rock. I also had a problem with getting flats with the xcr's. anyways, just my opinion. everyone has different experiences with different tires.

i have 23in. xct's up front and 22in. xct's in teh back. i think there a good tire. i have had one flat but it was on a brand new trail loaded with sharp nasty stuff. they slide good, throw a pretty good roost and have no sidewall flex. i like them alot. they handle alot better than stock and hook up well on pretty much anything cept deep snow.
