I've got a few pics of my first quad lying around (need a scanner)....back in 87 I still had my 86 Yamaha YFM 200 with NO suspension. Let me tell you, after riding that SOB for a few years I REALLY appreciated my 89 Quadsport 250 with suspension! (maybe it was 90 - the only year they made a 250 quadsport...I forget)

lol...i worked all summer bailing hay and doin farm work...all i wanted was a honda 200x....the ol man brought me home the yammy:grr i had fun on it.....but all my friends had the 200x:scary:

LOL you was a skinny kid Pappy. What happened? LOL I was the same way 140 and 5'6" as a senior in 86. Now I'm 5'10" and 190.:ermm:

actually i was about 175 in that pic:macho thats about a month before i left for boot camp....i lost a lil weight there:p then put some back on....and on....and on:D after i started with the battery company i was staying around 220 with a 36 inch waist.....but office work has kept the weight the same....just not the belt size:devil

what suspension....theres NONE. I found out the hard way when it came time to buy tires...they have balloon type tires for a reason...doh! :eek:

heres one of my bike before i sold it........a '72 dt 125 enduro/sc edition electric start 125 2 stroke......(i wonder how much hp the pipe made):confused2 i miss her tho. i sold it for 900 bucks and i bouhgt it for 15.......a good return on the investment...............;)
