TCI twist throttle?

OK, anyone know anything about a TCI twist throttle? I saw one on ebay. It looked very nice. Another guy on this site was talking about them. I can't seem to find any dealer who has heard of them.
Or is TCI not really the brand name. If nothing else, who makes the very best one? Not plastic. Thanks...Ty

I bought one off EBAY and put it on and it cracked on me . I guess it was aluminum. My next one will have a steel clamp!!!
