While I am putting on my new pro-armor skid plate, should I grease these bolts? (see arrows in pic) Any quick advice would be helpful. THANKS!!

Also, if they need to be greased, is it OK do take out the bolts with the quad standing in the straight up position?

Yes it is OK to grease these(you should atleast once a year along with the swingarm pivot bolt)I would suggest getting the bike off the ground though it will be ALOT easier.I like those HONDA stickers on your swingarm where did you get them?

well your at it you might as well. but the bolts might be hard to get out since the preasure that will be on them with the quad like that you. you should put it down cause the shock holds the swingarm there and when you take it out the swing arm will fall and the bike will fall and then the bike will crush the swing arm and prolly snap it off.

ok, thanks guys!

bill, I got the sticker from a buddy and I'm not sure where he got them from. I believe it's a sticker made for a swingarm of a dirtbike though.

zephead400ex,

how do you like your e-series pro-meg system? What kind of difference did it make on your quad?

bmw500hp,

I got the sticker from a buddy, and I'm not sure where he got it. I would imagine that they could be found at almost any honda dealer or bike shop.

.:01_eXrIdEr:.,

Thanks for the input on the e-series pro-meg sys.
