dose any one have workes triple rates with rez or the triples w/o rez and whats the diffrence between dule rates and triple rates?

Find a rough set of tripple rates with cans that have been beat for a real cheap price and send them off to Di Risi racing and have them set up as ZPS with PEP Valving. You'd be suprised at what you will end up with in the end $ wise and performance.

All you would do is tell them your weight with all riding gear on, type of arms and length, and your type of riding and they will set them up from there. Make sure you are 100% honest about everything so that the shocks match you and your ride the best.
