Lonestar built 3, one is mine, contact east coast atv for more info.
Also Walsh, but you wait 14+++ months. W-tec eraser?? They rule in Europe. Watch what engine you get, 3 choices, 4 speed sx models, 6 speed exc , wide ratio gear box and electro start, and the mxc same as exc but close ratio tranny.

I am in the prcess of building 5 of these bikes right now. I checked with Leager(6-12 month wait), Walsh(12-24 month wait), Roll(not interested), Houser(not interested), but no Lonestar. I am having JB Racing in PA build my frame. It will use 400 ex plastic and front end, CR 500 linkage, 250r axle/brakes.
If you are interested in buying one of these frames, pm me and we will talk. I can also get you a motor. I just got a VERY LOW hour 2002 520 yesterday. I have two 520 SX motors and one 520 MXC (electric start, 5-speed). This is the motor I'm using to make a 440cc out of.

Call me at Rath Racing, the number is (320)234-RACE. Ask for either Daryl or Cody. We had Mike Walsh build our frame for the KTM. However if you are serious about doing this there are some things you should know about changing the frame from how we had it.

Walsh needs to lower the motor in the frame, the whole bike is too high.
