350x vs. 330ex

which one would be better , i mena how great is the 350x motor . i have heard pretty good things about the 330 kits for a 300ex, but i have not heard so much about the 350x motor. Which one would be the best investment?

A good running 350x motor would be a great investment, and is noticably faster than a 300ex. The 350x with a pipe adn correct jetting, doesn't give up much to a stock 400ex.

The 350x motor has a lot more potential than the 300ex motor.

i put a 350x motor in my 300ex, stock bore, only a cobra exhaust, and a uni airfilter. I could keep up with 400exs, kill warriors, blasters, 250xs and other 300exs. I finally got my 300ex motor alldone, and i can pull on 400exs and outrun most of em on the trial. I have a 330 kit, with oversized valves, port and polish work, cam, and aftermarket carb. I prefer my 330ex motor bc of reverse, and its easier to install/remove than the 350x motor which requires modifying the motor mounts, mounting the oil cooler. Just my $.02
