I done a test too with the brake lines and they are ok
Don't know what it is!!!
I'm guessing there is a little bit of air in the lines. Maybe replace the fluid?

Since everyone else has already covered the mechanical parts, I can only think of one other possibility... something oily on the rotors or pads. Have you cleaned the pads and rotors with any type of brake cleaner/degreaser to make sure they don't have anything slick on them? I'm thinking that surely you've tried that already, but sometimes it's the simple things that will get you:D
