i currently have holeshot mx's 18" rears and 19" fronts. i like these tires for hardpack but i need something to grip better in muddy and sand conditions. most of the track i race are very loose and the jumps are right out of corners. so i need to get a little better traction. what brand of tires work great in sand and muddy conditions?

If you don't mind having 20 inch tires, the trail claws will fit the bill perfect, wide spacin, and have some resemblance to paddles, but can easily be ridden on hardpack with decent results as well. If not the trail claws, I can say get the fast trekkers, the open spacing on the 18's and 20's grab tracion on loose soil rather well IMO. If you get trekkers, get the wider ones that will fit your rims, I had the skinnier 18's and the wider ones, adn in loos sand the wider ones got noticably mroe tracition.
