neutral starting problems

i was riding today and i stoped to get some thing and i costed with the quad in neutral and when i got back on the light wasnt on the green neutral light so i shifted down and put in neutral again and still no light i rocked it back and forth and its in neutral but it wotn start you need to pull in the clutch to start it in neutral and it staying running in neutral just cant start it with out clutch

jump a couple wires up by your clutch lever and it will start in any gear...:D

i know about that i just want my neutral start to work. lol

There's a green wire (it has black tubing around part of it) on the left side of the motor down by the shift lever. That wire is for the neutral switch, so check to make sure that it's connected at the bottom and is making good connection.

Mine does that some times, I find if I just shift up a few time and down shift to Neutral the light comes back on... Its werid, I am not really worried though, you can tell if it is still in gear. Check the wires though :D
