My 400 burn oil about 250ml by 100 Kilometers.... And he's hard to start when is cold.... Yes, I will put a 42 pilot jet... My question is about my futur set up...
Just chages rings will be all right???
or
I think grind it to 407cc(86mm)
put a wiseco 11:1 86mm piston, rings, pin, clip...

I want to know if it will be a cheap but good set up for few cash and a good fiability...

Spend the money on the 416 kit.I would recommend getting a JE piston,change the valve seals and you should be OK.the power from the 407(?) wont be that noticable so get the 416 more reliable than the 426 and you still got room for another bore if needed.
