2 things, its crazy how often this stuff happens and almost amazing that you found the pic yourself (just the likely hood of you finding it...) I hope you emailed Ebay and the seller and highest bidder...

I just feel bad for the person that is dumb enough to buy something from a seller with a -1 rating

hes prolly just using the pic cuz he dont have a digi cam to take his own, but since he has a -1 rating, i dunno:confused2
i wouldnt blame people if they do that cuz they dont have a cam and they dont mean any harm. they should atleast e-mail the person whos pic there using and ask them if they can use it, and they should say in the description that it is not a pic of the true product.

If the guy has an axel to sell, i dont think this is a big deal. All the stock axles are the same unless they are messed up or rusty:o

Toby, I don't mean anything by this, but if the guy is too lazy to take a pic and its just a stock axle, why doesn't he just say "Usual stock axle in great shape...too lazy to snap a shot" or whatever. While its really not a big deal, its kind of like stealing and false advertisement. I wonder if the guy has pics of other guys girlfriends in his wallet, for when he says "Hey, Wanna see my girlfriend?" to other people. :D

Happens all the time, every day on Ebay. This is comming from a full time seller. Ebay hardly does not do anything about it. It is up to the seller to prevent people from stealing your pictures by putting codes in when they go up.
I am 16 & I sell my dads stuff from his work like crazy so I can get new 4 wheelers & stuff. I'll use someone elses picture if I can find one so I can save time by not having to get out of my chair & take one. If you dont want people to steal your pictures put a signature across them with your e-mail address or something.
