There are probably a few other places to get them, but the first one that I can think of is Chaparral. Although not as handy as getting them from a hardware store, if you can't find them anywhere else check out www.chaparral-racing.com and do a search for the part number you want. According to the catalog, they have end cap screws to fit
12 discs- part # W06-932
18 discs- part # W06-926
28 discs- part # W06-927
(6 screws per pack; and that's a zero in the part #, not a letter)

I really have no idea, but the catalog says "holds up to 28 discs." So I would assume (assumptions aren't always correct) that the "up to" would mean that it would also work for less discs.

Post edited to add...If the screws were a bit too long, you could always cut them off just a bit until they fit correctly.

I have only the standard 12 disc's on my pipe, what would more disc's do for the pipe? just make it louder?

louder and more top end..... i just ordered 18" klaws and 19" holshot mx fronts, and i already have a 14t front sprocket so im running low gear, so im going to need tht extra top end.... thts why im doing it

24 disks is way to many!! I'd say 18 max unless you have some serious motor work done. 14-16 sounds about right for a mostly stock bike.

Louder, more top-end and a possible re-jet. Increasing flow by removing back pressure may lean the mixture. Watch your plug condition. Quite a stack - O - pancakes hangin' back there. :p

LOL! YEAH IT WILL BE..... BUT WILL THE 24 DISC'S 18" REARS AND A 14T SPROCKET, RUN WELL TOGETHER??????

A four stroke needs a certain amount of back pressure to get maximum HP. Running 24 disks is like running open exhaust on a stock motor. If you've got some serious mods (big bore w/high comp. piston, port/polish, big valves, etc.) you might see gains, but not with a stock bike. Look at WB's dyno sheets. With a stock bike, 18 disks made the highest peak power, but 12 made best overall. If you have a filter/jet kit, you could probably go up a couple from 12, but probably not much more. 16 Actually runs better in my bike everywhere but the dunes, and I have quite a bit done to mine. Just my opinion, though, try 24 if you like.

WILL THE 16 FIT ON THE SAME BOLT THT THE 12 DOES?

Maybe, it might be close, though. For 18, the bolts had to be about 1" longer. I'd spring for the longer bolts (if you can find 'em) so your disks don't fall off in the middle of a moto.

just remember discs are like increasing the core size over the silencer, a slip on has a 2 inch core equal to 18 discs, more than that and you are gaining NOTHING, 24 is a waist of time, if think I am talking out my ***** call WB and they will tell you the samething, here is the number 888-926-7337

something else to think about is 24 discs you end cap will hang back way past your grab bar so if you ever go over backwards on a wheelie its dirt diggin with your pipe i had 18 discs in mine and a 165 jet before i upgrade to the full lrd sytem and it worked quite well also 18 discs it would just scrape if i ever went to far
