Switchback Help and quick

I'm going to switchback today in Butler to practice for the harescramble races. What all do I need to practice.
Some people at school are telling me I need a parent to sign some stuff.
Others say I need to get it notorized or somthing.

So What all do I need?
How much is it to practice?

If you're under 18 you need an parent to sign a release. I'm not sure how much it costs to practice. I may come to practice mx.

As long as the parent is with you! Otherwise it needs to be noterized.
