I just got an FCR39 and it seems to stumble while in a wheelie, we are also having trouble jetting the 416...to see engine mods look below

Should i check my float bowl level?

I need jetting recomendations....either i cant get this thing jetted or its just a piece of crap because the stock ran better with a dyno jet kit...

the carb parts warehouse shipped the carb with a 50 slow and a 168 main and the clip was on the 3rd notch down....what to do what to do?

thanks a lot

Thats funny but I am haveing the same problem with mine. What I tried to do is open up the fuel delivery screw more and see what happens. Its at the bottom of the carb. Mine was only opened 1 1/2 turns now it is 4 turns out. I think I have a 175 main jet and a 48 piliot jet(i think:ermm: )

I would try a 170 main 52 pilot needle in the middle clip air screw 2 1/2 and the air jet in the back of the carb 2 turns out.

NOPE nothing worked for me mine still does it and Im very POed about it. DID your carb come with over flow drain tubes?? Because mine didn't so I made my own and Im thinking mabe it might be a vacume problem?? Im very confused about the whole thing. I even went down to a 50 pilot to see if that made my bike run better. It didn't run better but it didn't run worse.......:confused2

Nope not at all. The bike runs awsome untill you try to do slow wheelies. If you do wheelies like in 3rd gear and give it gas the bike will run fine. Its very strange:confused:
