I need jetting advice!!!!

I just got my 250x back from getting the motor done. I got a high compression piston, port and polish, cam, and stroker crank put in. My carb has never been jetted, just the needle moved to a richer setting. When the engine is cold i can "wick" or snap the throttle very fast and it doesnt bog or hesitate, however when it warms up and I try to do the same thing it cuts out or sputters. I know it needs jetted and i would like to know if anybody has any advice for what size jets i should get. Main is 122 and pilot is 38 and the clip is moved to the next to last richest groove.

hey i know that this is off subject but how is that mega max pipe you have on ? alot of power? loud? what does it sound like?
