rattiling noise coming from the right?

there is a rattiling noise coming from the right side of my friends quad. he thinks it could be header rattiling or oil filter. any ideas?

i heard somethin bout this on another thread...i know its somethin with the chain

check the heat shield on the header.

make sure the cam chain tensioner is adjusted right too, other than that, just go arouund and tighted all the bolts on it

If you have skid plates make sure you tighten them down tight.

Sounds like either a broken link in, or a worn out timing chain, if of course the exhaust heat shield, skid plates, etc. are all tightened down. Could be valves, but that wouldn't really be coming from the right side, and tends to be more of a ticking sound.
