i got a solid plastic number plate for my front bumper does it need to be vented. and how do you put number backgrounds on a 250x it keeps getting bubbles and folds in it fron that bump

To avoid getting bubbles when you put your graphics on, use a spray bottle and lightly spray the back of it with water. Place the number background on the plastic and work from the center out, using your thumbs to force the water out. Take your time and any bubbles remaining should just be the water.
