We'll I went to my pops house yesterday and borrowed his balljoint remover tools which is basically that tool that looks like a fork. Now that was easy. One hit with the hammer and the spindals were free...

Than I started installing the new A-arms... I'm having problems thou. Since I bought them used there is no instruction. The problem I see is when the spindals are mounted do you notice that the arms are sticking straight out instead of angles down. I don't think this is normal and i figure the sides I put the Arms on are correct. So I need help knowing what I can do to get the arms to mount slanted down instead of sticking straight out. Teh Arms are Lonstar race series I belive.

Here a re a few pics of how they look right now.. Kinda look weird to me.

take the uppers off...and they need to be turned ..upside down from the way you have them. the sweep of the upper arm should go up...not down.

It looks as if your upper a-arm is on upside down. Flip them over and turn the balljoint around so it faces the other way. I also noticed that the spindle is leaning forward (the top balljoint looks more forward than the lower). This is way wrong. Flipping the upper arm over will bring the top balljoint towards the rear where it's supposed to be and flipping the balljoint over will get it at the proper angle.

Yep u got the upper a-arms upside down...

OK so the balljoint on the upper A-arm has to go up through the spindal instead of down through the spindal like I have it right now.... All balljoints should be bolts from the top side of the spindal than right...

Are they on the right side thou?

Yeah now that I think of it to get the spindal straight, once I flip the uppers back to normal I have to put the right on the left side and left on right.... Cool I get it now....

The protective cover stays on the ball joint.
They are currently upside down and on the wrong sides. It may be hard to see but on the inside trheaded boss of the A-arm that the balljoint threads into there will be either an R or L telling your Right or Left side - there are also numbers 1, 2, or 3 telling you if they are +1", 2" or 3". Also turn you forward heim in all of the way and rear out 3 turns from all the way in to get started.
Also check out www.lsracing.com for more information and pictures. In the frequently asked question column on the LSR website they will have instructions for proper A-arm setup.
Good Luck.

If I turn the upper around since it is upside down than the thread of the balljoint will be facing up, thus making it mount upwards right?

you got the flipping the top a-arm correct, BUT, your still not getting the balljoint thing, you have to FLIP it also, so that it is pointing DOWN. It shoudnt be screwed in all the way anyways cause you have to adjust that when everything is back together.
