I have a 416 kit with a JE piston(10.8) and a hot came stage two.
The other day we went out riding and the air filter came out with out me knowing. I clean every thing and rode it the next day. I did some laps and felt good. the it started to losing power I'm wondering if the dirt, little bit mud, or a little water has damage my motor and I'm losing compression. I'm goimg to do a compression tested and whats a good reading for m,y set-up. Its seams like its bogs when it souldn't. like I'm in a higher gear than I would normally be in. It happens when I'm running it hard on my practice track and its warm out. What elses could it be. I'm about put on a new carb but I want motor to run good before I put the new carb on get it dial up. What else could my power lose be. It ran strong before.
