I have a 2003 400EX and I rode threw a 3ft. creek and got water in my engine. Now I am burning oil. Any idea's on what is screwed up or what needs to done to find out. I changed the oil today and it is back to being golden brown but am now burning it.....Please Help!!!!:mad:

That doesn't sound good. There are only a couple of resaons you burn oil, rings, valve seals. Do you have smoke from your exhaust?

do a compresion test if its low on compresion you know its your rings...:(

Yeah, Its coming from my exhaust...What type of gauge do I need. And how much do they cost?

Before you by a compression tester do you know how to rebuild the motor???if not have a motorcycle mechanic look at it,he will test it for you,[then you wont have to buy one]then if it needs to be rebuilt it's already in his shop....;)
