photoshop help

i just got photoshop 7. I know the basics, but im wondering how do you stack images, say if i wanted a car truck and a quad all in one picture, how would i go about doing it. ive searched on photoshop tutorials and i cant find a thing. anyone know how?

Maybe using the "layer" option??? Just a guess

Its called layers, you can move each layer independently.

If its not up, you have to goto view/windows/ layer menu or something to the extent.

Then click the white peice of paper down by the trash can on it. Which makes a new layer. Then just select the layer you want, paste the image, ect...

how do u resize a pic?

have the layer you want selected. Hit "v" then up at the top where the tool options are, make sure it says "Show selection" then it will make dotted lines around it, and corners that you can grab.

go to image in the upper menu, then image size. you can change the size by pixles, percent or inches. make sure you click on "constrain proportions" to keep the image looking right.

wish i could afford photoshop 7. I know 2 is about 70$. I downloaded the trial from adobes website. Sux that i can't use it nemore cuz the trial ran out and i can't download it again. If there was someway i could get around that i would redownload it.

i downloaded it once and i tried to install it but it wouldn't install. it was like it was in mp3 format. SUCKS!!!
