Hey guys I am doing up the back end on a LT250R and I got the axle out and pulled the seals out, but how do I get the bearings out without a special puller or some sort? It has stock bearings in it and its a 85, so they are shot, rusted, and really in there lol.

I was avoiding the concept of welding beads on it to get it out so is there another way? Also, would new bushings need to be purchased to do this job or you think not?

Thanks

Jay

just buy a new carrier and keep up and bearing maintence that way. Sounds like the carrier is toast anyways!

Check the faqs. Heating the carrier in the oven seems to be the best way.
