foot pegs

has anyone here every lower ther foot pegs? I'm 6'5" and 225', I would like to lower my center of gravity!

I recently bought a set of magnum pro-peg nerfs. The pegs are an extended/widened steel. They actually sit about 1/2 inch lower and 1/2 back.

the only thing that I didn't like about them is that the bar that goes around the back of the peg. The gap between the peg and the bar was just wide enough for the heel of my boot to get wedged in there, making jumps a little scary. So, I cut the back bar off and have not had any probs since then.
