Rolling chassis

How much do rolling chassis for a yzf426 and 250r run from arens bro racing and form houser racing. I am looking at a project bike but dont know aobut stock chassis or a hole rolliung chassis.

If i were to buy a rolling chassis kit how much more money would be needed to complete that minus the engine, just like gas tank, plastic, ect.

here's prices off houser's site...
YZ426 frame only- 2450
Swingarm- 550
Swingarm bolt and bearing sleeves - 100
Chain Guide - 50
a-arms - 525 for standard travel - 800 for LT A-arms
steering stem and clamp - gray - 270 - chrome - 290

so that's 3945 for the frame with standarm travel a-arms and gray stem...

on top of that, you need shocks, spindles, brake calipers and rotors, an axle, brake lines, etc etc....
